There is only one place in my game and that is first place” So said Vince Lombardi, legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers from 1959 to 1967, the subject of Lombardi by Eric Simonson. This play explores this national icon through the eyes of a reporter who tries to discover what makes the coach tick.
