Claire Adams most recently appeared in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Loretta/Mary Magdalene/Sister Glenna) and has also acted in The Stagecrafters’ productions of Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley (Mary Bennet), Much Ado About Nothing (Margaret), Chapter Two (Narrator of staged reading), and Tartuffe (Flipote). Credits at other theaters include: The Merry Wives of Windsor (Pistol), Our Town (Mrs. Gibbs), The Mousetrap (Major Metcalf), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Puck), A Christmas Carol (Mrs. Cratchit), Arsenic and Old Lace (Teddy), and Twelfth Night (Maria), all at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Off stage at The Stagecrafters she has worked as Costume Designer, Stage Manager, Assistant Costumer, Stage Crew, and Set Construction crew for past shows. Claire holds a BA in Communications, with a concentration in theater, from The College of St. Scholastica. Claire has performed in shows costumed by her mother (Jen Allegra), her mother has performed in shows costumed by Claire, and both have worked together on costumes. However, Judas Iscariot was the first time mother and daughter have performed (with a lovely cameo from her grandfather) together and it was a fantastic experience, one she hopes to repeat in the future!
