John Pinto

John Pinto last appeared as Scrooge in A Sherlock Carol. His previous appearances at The Stagecrafters include The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Judge Caiphaias), Witness for the Prosecution (Justice Wainwright & Carter) and Much Ado About Nothing (Dogberry). Other credits at area theaters include: And Then There Were None (Justice Wargrave) at Old Academy Players, All My Sons (Joe Heller) at Playcrafters; Writers’ Block (Fred), Lend Me a Tenor (Saunders) at Langhorne Players; Julius Caesar (Cassius); The Little Foxes (Ben Hubbard) at ActorsNet; and Moon Over Buffalo (George Hay), Laughter on the 23rd Floor (Ira Stone) at The Kelsey Theater. Additional theater pursuits include performing Off-Off Broadway and on tour with the Lincoln Center Students Program. He had been business manager of The Acting Company, a professional company that tours the United States, performing up to fifty plays annually. John holds a B.S. degree from The Juilliard School Drama Division. He also holds a M.S. degree in Accounting and is a retired CPA.
